da Silva, Maria – At Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Monday, February 7, 2011, Maria died at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Clarimundo (1994). Dear mother of Manuel (Mercia) da Silva, Cambridge. Loving grandmother of Melissa and Matthew. Sister of Aldina da Silva, Belmira de Melo and Leontina da Cunha all of Sarnia and the late Manuel da Cunha, Faustino Chaves and Delminda da Silva. Maria will be sadly missed by her brothers and sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews and god-children. Visitation at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, on Friday from 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Jim Higgins at St. Joseph’s Church on Saturday at 10 a.m.  Interment Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
