Obituary of Erma Geraldine Bothwell

BOTHWELL, Erma Geraldine “Gerry” – Passed away peacefully at Afton Park Place on Sunday, January 23, 2011 at the age of 94.  Gerry was the wife of the late Robert “Bob” Bothwell (1992).  Dear Mother of Pete (Diane) of Bright’s Grove and Rick (Rosemary) of Ilderton.  Proud Grandma of Dana (Chris) Stevens of Watford and Brady Bothwell of Toronto; and Great-Grandma of Michael, Marcy and Matthew Stevens.  Predeceased by her her oldest grandson Bryan Peter (1992), parents Gerald and Mildred Wainman, sisters Audrey Noble and Mavis Brammar and brothers Kenneth and Merv Wainman.  Gerry was a charter member of Grace United Church.  A special thank you to the staff at Afton Park Place for their kindness and loving care.  Friends will be received at McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 N. Christina St., Sarnia on Sunday, January 30th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.  A Celebration of Gerry’s life will be held at Grace United Church (Cathcart Blvd. & Indian Rd.) on Monday, January 31st at 11 a.m. with Rev. Dr. Brad Morrison officiating.  Interment Lakeview Cemetery.  As an expression of sympathy friends who wish may send memorial donations to the Grace United Church, 990 Cathcart Blvd., Sarnia, ON, N7S 2H2 or to a charity of their choice.  Messages of condolence & memories may be left at www.mckenzieblundy.com.
