Obituary of Marjorie Doreen Thamer

THAMER, Marjorie Doreen (nee Schindel) - Marj left us quickly to be with her Lord Friday evening, February 9, 2007. She will be remembered by her husband Gene, daughter Kari Parkhouse, son-in-law Michael Parkhouse and grandson Ethan Parkhouse. She is also missed by 8 Thamer & Schindel siblings and their spouses. The Sarnia community will remember her as Organist/Choir Director at several local churches, as a Music Director for the Polysar Glee Club's production of My Fair Lady and as a teacher of piano, organ, voice and theory at home and at Lambton College Continuing Ed. Funeral arrangement are provided by McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. n., Sarnia. A Memorial Concert at 3 p.m. Sunday, February 25,2007, Central Baptist Church. Those who wish may forward memorial donations to the music ministry of their local church. A tree has been planted in memory of Marjorie Thamer in the McKenzie & Blundy Memorial Service.
