RODRIGUES, Maria – Suddenly at her residence on Monday, May 13, 2013 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Manuel (Manny). Dear mother of Avelino (Abby) & his wife Janice, Sarnia and Armando, Burlington. Loving grandmother of Emily and Michael. Sister of Rufina (late Armando) Dias, Sarnia, Emilia (Agostinho) Tavares, Sarnia, Celestino (Irma) De Almeida, Sarnia, Irmanio (Eugenia) De Almeida, Portugal, Elio (Marrilia) De Almeida, Portugal, Elena (Adelino) Bastos, Portugal and the late Manuel De Almeida, Sarnia. Sister-in-law of Celeste De Almeida, Sarnia. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431. N. Christina St., Sarnia on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Raju Allumpurath at St. Benedict's Church on Friday, May 17, 2013 at 10 a.m. Interment Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
