Obituary of Gerry Pugh

PUGH, Gerald “Gerry” – Suddenly at home on Wednesday, April 4, 2012, Gerry died at the age of 65.  Husband of the late Susan (nee Bailey) (2006). Loving father of Jason (Kate McCormack), Camlachie, Meghan (Ian) Clifton, England, Sarah and Kolby, Sarnia.  Proud grandfather of Callum and Jaxon.  Dear brother of Virginia Perkins, Kentucky, Jeff (late Adele) Viggers, Sarnia, Gord (Phyllis) Viggers, Sarnia, Shirley (Norman) Vaillant, Sarnia, Barb (Moe) Guimond, Detroit and Gary Pugh, son-in-law of Gerald Bailey & his wife Edith, Sarnia; and brother-in-law of Carol (Doug) Bailey, Sarnia and Dan (Marilyn) Bailey, Sarnia. Uncle of Alicia (Rob), Shawn (Deanna), Blake and Brittney. Great uncle of Kayla, Keaton and Brooklynn. Also surviving are several other nieces and nephews. Gerry was also loved by his pets. He was a member of Local 95 Insulators Union. Predeceased by his brother Vic Viggers and mother-in-law Ethel (Anderson) Bailey. Visitation will be held at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.  The memorial service will be held in the McKenzie & Blundy Chapel on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at 11 a.m. with Bill Strachan officiating.
