Obituary of Alexander McDougall

McDOUGALL, ALEXANDER (SANDY) – At Bluewater Health – Norman Site passed away with his family at his side on Monday, June 16, 2008 at the age of 75. Cherished husband and best friend of Florence. Respected and loved father of the late Harold, Alexander & his wife Gayle, Margret Kirkpatrick, Robert (Bobby), Paul & his wife Marie and Linda Masters & her husband Mike. He is survived by a legacy of several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sandy worked at C.N.R, mainly in the Toronto area as a carman and welder for over 45 years retiring in 1993. A native son of Nova Scotia, Sandy & Florence spent their retirement years in Sarnia. He was a hard working, dedicated man totally devoted to his family values.A cemetery remembrance service will be held at Lakeview Cemetery, Sarnia on Friday, June 20 at 1 P.M. Arrangements entrusted to THE McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, Sarnia 519-344-3131.
