Obituary of Patricia Ann Smith

SMITH, Patricia Ann (Hornbostel) - At Bluewater Health C.E.E. Site, Petrolia on Friday, June 10, 2016 at the age of 79. Beloved wife and best friend for 62 years of the late Ray Smith (2014). Dear mother of Becky (Rob) Williamson, London, Jeffrey (Kendra) Smith, Bridgman, MI., James (Jill) Smith, Sarnia and Susan Smith, Sarnia. Loving grandma to Cody, Kylie and Zachary Williamson, Sam Smith and Tyler Tobin, Katie and Natalie Peters and Ally VanHooste. Great-grandma to Ayden and Mason Peters. Sister of Rochelle (late Tom), Jackie (late Ab), Dorothy (Dave), June (Colin), Albert (Karen), Robert (Diane), Richard (Mike), Doug (Lisa) and Nancy. Predeceased by sons Michael and Stephen, parents Jean & Bill Hornbostel and brothers Ray (late Dorothy) and Tommy. Pat was a waitress for many years at the Bridge Tavern. She loved to bake and cook big family meals. Her family would like to thank the staff of Bluewater Health, Sarnia. They would also like to send a big thank you to the C.E.E. Continuing Care staff for the kindness and care given to Patricia during her stay in Petrolia. A family graveside service will be held at Lakeview Cemetery.
