I moved away and came back to area last couple of years. Im so shocked I just learned of her passing now, we grew apart when I moved away but Denise and I were childhood friends, Mitton and Wellington St girls. I am so so so sorry for your loss... to her entire family! She was a good person. RIP girl! xo Deb

TO DENISE DIANE POIRIER HANNA, AND FAMILY, WE ARE VERY SORRY TO HEAR THAT U HAD PASSED, I CAN SEE U TOOK GOOD CARE OF YOUR DOG BUDDY I SAW HIS PICTURE ON YOUR FRIDGE, WHEN I FIRST STOPPED AT YOUR PLACE I WAS ASKED TO COME IN BUT I COULD NOT ENTER I WAS SO SAD I WOULD HAVE BROKE RIGHT DOWN, BUT THE SECOND TIME I WENT OUT I WENT IN U HAD A NICE PLACE. I will always miss you. You've been a thorn in my rear but yet you were the strength and lite of our family. You are now shining without pain and enjoying all the loved ones past. You may be far away, but yet only a thought away. I kept my promises, you've been cremated and will be buried next to your son Damian on the AAMJIWNAANG Chippewa of Sarnia First Nation cemetary. My condolences to you and your family on the passing of Denise. It is never easy to lose a sibling, regardless of your age or the circumstances. I know that words are never adequate in moments like these, but know that she is in a better place with Damian, finally at peace. I will cherish the joyous memories that I had growing up with Denise and I'll always remember the crazy, silly things we did growing up together in Sarnia.
