I had the privilege to work two summers at Imperial Oil in 1979 and 80. Frank was a great boss. Always thoughtful and always positive, he was a role model. My condolences to the family.

"15 years ago l have met my father- in-law, Papa( how we all have called him), for the first time and for the first moment he has been not just a good father in law but a wonderful friend who has encouraged me in my new big journey in Canada. I have allays appreciated his love for his family, the care , love and support for his long time life partner, Shirley, the fantastic character he has had. My condolences to Aunt Shirley, Jany, Michael, Roger, Anita, Angela,(little)Shirley and Mario and your children and grand children on your loss. Some of my best childhood memories are the Christmas Eves we'd spend at Uncle Frank and Aunt Shirley's singing carols in the living-room. I think the one great thing us Serratores share is a value of family. RIP Uncle Frank.
