Obituary of Mary Jemima Santavy

SANTAVY, Mary (nee MacDougall) – Mary passed away in her 84^th year, at Bluewater Health, on Wednesday, October 10, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Jerry Santavy (2009). Loving mother of Michael (Sonya) and Paula. Proud grandmother of Larysa, Gerald and Frances. Cherished sister of Lauchie MacDougall, Stephen (Cindy) MacDougall and Michael (Patti) MacDougall. Predeceased by her children Anna (1959), James (1961) and Elizabeth (1962); her parents James (1980) and Jessie (1987); her sisters Elizabeth Luther (2011), Marcella Pellegrini (1999), Anne Buckley (2012) and Jayne Tollefsen (2007); her brothers Glen MacDougall (1997) and Paul MacDougall (2010); her brother-in-law Norman Luther (2002); her niece Sherry Luther (2012) and her nephew Alan MacDougall (2009). Lovingly remembered by the many nieces and nephews of her large, close-knit family. Visitation at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 N. Christina St. Sarnia on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church on Monday, October 15, 2018 at 1:30 p.m.  Interment Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery.
