Obituary of Theresa Morrison

MORRISON (Hughes), Theresa – Theresa passed away peacefully at Afton Park Place on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at the age of  88 . Beloved wife of 51 years of the late Norman Morrison (2009). Dear mother of Noelle Nelson (Ross), Mary Johnson (TJ), Kieran Morrison (Maureen), John Morrison (Megan) and the late Philip Morrison (1987).  Proud grandmother of Jaclyn Geddes (Mike), Kurtis Nelson (Rachel), Jamie Nelson (Suzanne), Daniel Nelson (Catherine),  Mark Nelson (Genevieve), Melissa Johnson (Jamie), Bobbi-Sue Bailey (Matt), Laura, Sean, Peter and Adam Morrison. Great-grandmother of Peyton, Charlee, Olivia, Elijah, Zoey, Molly, Isla and Penelope. Theresa was born in Belfast Northern Ireland, the youngest of 12 children born to Edward and Agnes Hughes. She married Norman Morrison in 1958 and immigrated to Canada in 1964. Theresa enjoyed spending time with her family and good friend Patsy Graves.  A private family funeral service will be held at the St. Benedict’s Church.
