Obituary of Sharon Dianne Bridgman

BRIDGMAN, Sharon Dianne (nee Parker) – Peacefully with her family by her side, Sharon Bridgman died at Bluewater Health Palliative Care, on Thursday, January 11, 2024, at the age of 80.   Beloved wife of Dave Bridgman.  Loving mother of Shelly Bloomfield-Duncan, Sarnia. Stepmother of Stacey Bridgman (Gary Hartley), Sarnia.  Cherished grandmother of Meghan Duncan, Tabatha Duncan (Matt Carmondy), Jessica Hartley and Jennifer Hartley Great grandmother of Parker Carmondy. Sister-in-law of Betty Bridgman and Marion Bridgman.  Dear aunt of Ken & Kelli McAfee and special niece of Don Wilcox.  Also survived by her first husband Gary Bloomfield.  Predeceased by her parents Murial and Melvyn Parker and her sister Shirley McAfee.

Sharon loved her dinners out with Dave and the many travel adventures they enjoyed together over the years.  She enjoyed shopping and I am sure the people at Goodwill, the usuals she would meet at garage sales and of course Giant Tiger and Winners will notice her absence.  Sharon met many people through her hairdressing days and Red Hat Society Group.  Dave, being a Shriner, allowed Sharon the opportunity to attend many parades and parties, always meeting new people along the way.

Cremation has taken place.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
